Shipping policy

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of placing your order and estimated delivery time can range between 1- 5 working days after shipping. If you use Express Delivery we will book your order on a next day service. The delivery time may be increased during busy periods and high demand. Transit time is determined by the order's contents and final destination. 

Standard Delivery 

0-1kg - £3.95

1-2kg - £4.95

2-5kg- £6.95

5-10kg - £6.95

10kg+ - £9.95

Express Delivery

0-1kg - £4.95

1-2kg- £6.95

2-5kg- £7.95

5-10kg- £9.95

10kg+ - £14.95

Larger items are sent via Fedex whereas smaller items are sent via EVRI or Royal Mail. Both services are fully tracked. Generally if you order larger items before 1pm they will go out that working day, smaller items up until 4pm for same working day dispatch. 

Customers who provide an incomplete or incorrect shipping address or refuse a package are responsible for any additional shipping costs that may incur.
